So apparantly going to the school library and asking for books on Forensics is not a good way to get in good graces with the librarian... why? I don't know. But she keeps giving me odd looks whenever I come in.
I spent today weekend watching Star Wars movies in the Common Room... and studying... um...at the same time. Sam, did you see that posting about the new professor? Is that crazy or what?
...I miss Bess and George but I got a picto-email from them. Lots of interesting photographs that they took with the camera that i forgot to pack. Hannah is sending it up in my next care package.

Well I got here, got a parking permit for campus, found my room and met one of my suitemates. So far so good. And when I checked my email I was told how to set one of these things up... Not like I haven't used these before, Bess forced George and I to get them when she went to England last year for the summer...
Hi, I'm Nancy. er... Nancy Drew. I'm 22 years old, from River Heights, Illinois, and I'm a pre-law major. I just arrived yesterday - Tuesday. I used to go to the University of Chicago, but transferred. I'm a junior and I this is my ... third time in Kansas. Even so I have no idea what there is to do around campus.
Tomorrow I have a meeting with my new advisor, to check in and double check my schedule. History, Pre-Law, and a bunch of other classes. I'm not great at this introduction thing, but I had to try something ... I have to go and clean my magnifying glass - it got a bit smudged in my bag.
Can't wait to meet everyone!
